Miss Fox offers her expertise in foot and ankle surgery for medico-legal work. She has extensive knowledge and experience of foot and ankle conditions and treatment and has undergone specialist training in the area of medico-legal work.
She is familiar with the requirements of Part 35 and Practice Direction 35, the Protocol for the Instruction of Experts to Give Evidence in Civil Claims and the practice direction on pre-action conduct and has obtained the Bond Solon Civil Procedure Rules Expert Witness Certificate to evidence her understanding and compliance of the above requirements.
Miss Fox only accepts claimants via a letter of instruction from a solicitor. Once instructions and medical records have been received, an appointment for clinical examination is made. Claimants are requested to bring photographic identification (such as passport or driving license) to the appointment as proof of identification.
The final report is produced within 8 weeks of appointment. This report covers details of the accident, injuries sustained, treatment received, present situation including effects on employment/domestic life and prognosis.
